How long will it take for my gym equipment to ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 2-4 business days. Large freight items, such as power racks and functional trainers, may require additional processing time for secure palletization.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to the United States and Canada. For other international regions, please contact our authorized global distributors to ensure local warranty coverage.
What is your return policy on strength equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.

How do I maintain my barbells and plates?
To prevent oxidation, we recommend wiping down your barbells with a light coat of 3-in-1 oil and a nylon brush periodically. For plates, a damp cloth is sufficient for removing chalk and dust.
